LA FALENA prenotazione obbligatoria / booking is mandatory prenotoconte@metastasio.it We have imagined a magazine for passionate and curious spectators, for students and their teachers, for the whole theatre community. We imagined La Falena ( The Moth ). It is not a Teatro Metastasio’s house organ, but a tool and a paper occasion through which and in which to discuss a topic that fires us, around which a central monographic section will revolve, as well as a series of columns entrusted to fellow journalists and critics, to academics and artists. So we will work hard to deepen, to tell stories, not to close ourselves in the small ancient world of theater and specialism; but we will not forget, at the same time, that we come from that small world, illuminating the present in search of the future. Lorenzo Donati, Maddalena Giovannelli, Rodolfo Sacchettini, Alessandro Toppi Abbiamo immaginato una rivista per gli spettatori appassionati e più curiosi, per i giovani delle scuole e per i loro insegnanti, per tutta la comunità che vive attorno al teatro. Abbiamo immaginato La Falena . Non un house organ del Teatro Metastasio ma uno strumento e un’occasione cartacea con cui ed in cui mettere in discussione ogni volta un argomento che ci accende, intorno al quale ruoterà una sezione monografica centrale, affiancata da una serie di rubriche affidate a colleghi giornalisti e critici, a studiosi e artisti. Ci impegneremo così ad approfondire, a raccontare storie, a non chiuderci nel piccolo mondo antico del teatro e dello specialismo; ma non dimenticheremo, allo stesso tempo, che da quel piccolo mondo si proviene, illuminando il presente in cerca del futuro.
