SCENA CONTEMPORANEA SERGIO BLANCO Memento Mori o la celebración de la muerte è un monologo sotto forma di conferenza interpretato da Sergio Blanco che, attraverso la proiezione di una serie di scatti della famosa fotografa uruguaiana Matilde Campodónico, invita il pubblico a partecipare a una mostra sulla morte che colpisce per la sua nitidezza e bellezza. Man mano che la lettura procede, si scoprirà che la performance parla non solo della morte in sé, ma dell'intimo modo in cui il suo autore la vive sia attraverso il dolore e il tormento che attraverso il piacere e il diletto. Con Memento Mori Blanco non si limita alla prevedibile e comoda condanna della morte, ma mostra come sia possibile gioire nella celebrazione di un fenomeno che, secondo il suo autore, è quello che più ci unisce alla vita.
